Well done, but you will need to be more convincing to earn Alleva's trust as a salivating lap dog.

They would be terminated. Let alone sending communications about your job and employer to the media in the way Wade did. Lack of institutional control on full display. Unless he behaves like an adult and decent employee, Fire him to avoid the hammer coming down on us and hire another young aggressive coach. More investigations are coming. Trust me!!!
I would terminate them too.

But if I wanted to keep them, I don't call for a meeting I know he/she can't attend without putting them in possibly legal jeopardy.

However, if I don't care about retaining them and I'm looking for a reason... sure, I call that meeting I know they can't attend.

I sure as hell don't do half-measures. If I want others (the NCAA in this parallel) to see that I am in firm control and making a stand, I fire them.

If I don't care what anyone else thinks, I don't call the meeting and retain them.

I certainly don't do either with half-measures thereby losing on both sides of the equation.

Congrats on your promotion to assistant manager. Don’t let the power go to your head, although it sounds too late

Yea, plenty of guys can come in and go from last to first in a matter of two years. Should be a cinch to find someone who can do that.

Suspending him with 1 game left after knowing about the tap since October won’t mitigate anything.

His buyout is 9 million. The administration is praying for provable cause at this point because the way the have shite the bed with this fiasco is going to cost them a hell of a lot more than what they’ll “save” in the already piss poor reputation they have.

Well if I'm Will Wade I have my agent shopping my name to other schools. Unless they terminate the joe and fking I wouldn't coach there again. The school will obviously throw you under the bus instead of support you like Kansas, Unc, Duke and Arizona. LSU has no loyalty to Will Wade and I would expect the same from him back to the school.

I would have completely disagreed with this action; however, I would have more respected that decision. They currently look like indecisive, spineless cowards. Either bend over and take it from the NCAA or have your guys back.

I stand with Wade!

You mean cheat, lie to his employer and get caught? Yeah, probably.

WW is not the best coach in the NCAA. There are others.

How about providing an atmosphere where it is safe for an employee to appear.

You think like a dog...and a dumb one at that! Wade cannot talk about the shite due to ongoing criminal investigation and because he has to testify in court. You just curious!
Now take a chill pill & relax. It's all good!
