They would be terminated. Let alone sending communications about your job and employer to the media in the way Wade did. Lack of institutional control on full display. Unless he behaves like an adult and decent employee, Fire him to avoid the hammer coming down on us and hire another young aggressive coach. More investigations are coming. Trust me!!!

As an employer with a brain, I would not ask an employee to discuss an fbi investigation he’s serving witness to. Especially in front of a third party

Depending on your business and the skillset I think you are full of shite....now if you are talking about a fry cook OK I can buy it....but not a high level basketball coach that is a skillset that is hard to find.

You'll be terminated when Joe is (soon) and the LSU AD will hire a new, hopefully competent PR firm.

Would you call them in if you had already discussed it and a few days before your biggest project in 10 years?

What’s Joe paying per post?

If it’s lucrative enough, I may have to change my tune, get in on some of this action.

I don’t know how many times this has to be said

He didn’t refuse to meet with his boss

He refused to meet with his boss AND THE NCAA

Big difference

You would if millions of dollars (future revenue for a successful BB program), the reputation of your department/university, and possibly lessening NCAA sanctions that are on the way are at stake. Especially if it is written into the contract you signed. Also, is WW in some sort of legal trouble with the FBI? WW is a "potential" witness.....he may not even testify. LSU and the NCAA have an obligation to investigate these matters ASAP to mitigate THEIR damages.

Situation is different. Also Your employees are prob not more important than you. Wade is bigger than any of his "bosses".

Joe A, shouldn't you be working instead of posting on Tiger Rant? Afterall LSU plays Florida in football next year in Tiger Stadium. Shouldn't you be 'fixing' that?
