72% from 10-20 yards makes me feel like he’d be fine in offense that doesn’t ask him to bomb it.

And 68% on all passes under 20 yards makes me feel like he could have been ha does a lot better.

I think he did it the right way, and it helps LSU as we had a log jam at QB and needed someone to transfer anyway. Best of luck to him and no hard feelings at all from the more reasonable, less hysterical portion of the fan base. A strong Auburn team is a great benefit to the LSU football program for many reasons, so I wish them success as well.

he will play at AU as a backup, but I bet he transfers from there too.

He should be in pretty good position to compete for the starting spot once Bo Nix leaves. Auburn really doesn't have much in the QB room right now other than Nix. Good chance he is the #1 backup QB by the start of 2021 season.

He absolutely did not do it the “right way” unless you’re subscriber to the participation trophy mentality today. He slighted LSU the day before his commitment and then released a “commitment/ transfer” video like he is a high schooler and not someone that is professional to his approach to his craft. His “Look at Me” and comment on why he chose an SEC west team to “get back at LSU for not giving him an opportunity” tells me everything I need to know about that guy who was pouting on the sidelines when his arse was benched. He was disinterested in watching Max play and didn’t give enough to cheer on his teammates.

I’m glad his arse is gone for so many reasons and the least of which was ability to QB LSU.

That guy is a the type of person that divides a team by being a cancer in the locker room saying whatever he needed to raise people’s perception of him and tear down others.
I would NEVER hire someone like that and the couple I had, I fired them.

There was a 10 page thread the day before I started. Read between the lines. He set a time to release a “commitment video” not transfer. LSU didn’t give him an opportunity to compete and then he said this shite:
"Each school has given me an opportunity to compete for the starting job," Finley told AL.com. "Based on how comfortable I felt with that, I made my decision based off who I felt gave me the best opportunity to be successful."

Playing against his former team, Finley said, was a "major" factor in his decision.“

The only QB of the season who got even DECENT o-line play was Max. And that’s only because they had all season to START to get their shite together. Myles and TJ were getting crushed regularly.

The pick TJ threw in the aTm game was because there was a free runner right up the guy. That was a winnable game. He led the comeback against Arkansas no one brings up either.

I think Myles is the best option right now. And I think Max is great too. I just think it’ sucks the decision had to be made. So much can change in a year.

Burrow MADE his OLine look great by his knowledge of the offense and the other teams defense. Max was mobile and did the same instead of being a freaking stick. Such a dumb statement you’re trying to make about this quitter. He pouted instead of congratulating HISTEAMMATE!

It was a winnable game because Mond played about as shitty as him. You either eat that throw or throw it away. Proves my point about him not understanding or having pocket awareness. With a decent mobile QB, LSU wins that game because the defense started to come around then.

No you don’t. You’re defending the guy that made shitty comments abs POUTED like an infant on the sidelines when Max had success. No decision had to be made. He could have CHOSEN to stay instead of releasing a shitty “look at me high school “commitment video” and fought for the job like a winner.” Then making the “major factor to play against LSU”, really showed his maturity.

Screw this dude and his mama’s bullshite arse self.

Good kid and he got buried down the depth chart, moved to another school were he could compete for a starting position. I don't think he was ever getting a chance to start again at LSU unless there were injuries to the other 3 QB's.

I have not problem with that but now he is Tiger Bait and wish he no harm and respect his decision. He is an opposing player now like everyone else in college football, no more and no less

TJ Finley did what was in his own best interests and no one can fault him for that. Not one person on the rant is going to pay his bills when he gets out of college so he is allowed to do what is best for him. His decision was strictly done in his “own” best interests and no one can fault him for that, I certainly don’t in anyway! I always say, do what you think is in your own best interests and without a doubt he did that and he has every right to do that.

You just repeated the first sentence fot the rest of the paragraph.

how’s that? Pouting on the sideline? Releasing a shitty video and major factor comment? What says “good kid” in that? It shows childish sore loser and not good hard fighter leader mentality. I hope he gets buried on the AU depth chart so he will learn a lesson about the greener grass for his own best interest. Either he will learn or not.
Burrow was freaking 23 when he left LSU. He had a degree from tOSU and a MBA from LSU. That’s what a transfer should look like.

So Mike Jones shouldn’t have transferred to LSU, because he doesn’t have a degree yet?

Who?
Did you hear all the “controversy” and see his mama pouting or hear jones say “major factor”? NOPE. None of that.
