I was told by someone close to the program that Jake Peetz didn't leave practice early

He has never left a practice early. Not sure how this got started… If it was mentioned on the broadcast, does anyone have a clip of it? Regardless, I was told that is not true at all. Take that to the bank

Saw a tweet clarifying that it happened at the end of practice and he was telling them they needed to do more work. With the practice time restrictions, he was unable to actually stay with them.

Nobody said he left practice early on the broadcast.
Cubelic said “At the end of practice this week, Peetz handed the QBs the playbook and said stay here until you figure this out” he then left practice.
This got turned into him walking to practice saying “You both suck figure it out” and leaving.

The broadcaster said something like, "Peetz left practice and told the QBs to stick around to figure things out."
People interpreted that as he just left the practice, but what he meant was after practice had concluded he left them and wanted them to stick around longer to work overtime.
I don't remember the exact wording, but he could have said it more clearly.

Right. He didn't say Peetz left early. However, he said "Peetz left practice." which some people misinterpreted to mean left the practice out of frustration.

Of course he didn't. And it wasn't initially reported that way. The initial reports made it sound like practice ended with the QBs still screwing up, and he told them to keep working on their own. The Rant then ran with it like the conspiracy nuts most are - You are to blame for this, Chicken!

The Peetz sucks crowd could be 100% correct.
But a new OC working with a decimated ol,wr's group and young QB's with a Head Coach that may or may not be controlling the final game plans and having last say on plays called could be major contributing factors.
Listening to his radio show he (O) has slipped in words that basically says that he calls the shots on offense.
