I thought my heart would be sated by an undefeated regular season, an SECC, and a Heisman

I thought I could rest easy and adopt an accepting, Zen attitude towards the playoffs.

Whatever may come, I told myself, this season has been joyous enough.

But I was wrong. I want to win the next two games so badly. We are so very, tantalizingly close to the ultimate triumph that has eluded LSU and its fanbase for over a half century: an undefeated national championship.

I hope we pound the Sooners.

Agree. Burrow and O have done this to us. We are not satisfied and we are coming. Golden years ahead.

The effect Brady has had on the program is palpable. Combine that with Aranda’s playmaking D and LSU will take on anyone.

After seeing how we’ve handled this schedule since the Florida game, have you considered LSU losing the next two games?

LSU isn’t losing to anyone this year.

I’m actually satisfied. Want to win it all, of course, but feel like we’re playing with house money in the playoffs. Go figure. Won’t be surprised if I start stressing out as we get closer to kickoff, though.

I think LSU will have many good years ahead. Will never go back to Les Miles offense and defense will be much better than this year.

Someone said if you ever hit a hole in one in golf you should quit.

Because, you have finally perfected the game.

But no one does, you come back for punishing defeats until you make another hole in one.

This is going to happen. The next game after that will be way more difficult.

Miles ERA is dead. We should have fired him 1/2011 NC against BAMA, what he did to Janet Lee is unforgivable and showed how arrogant he was in doing it his way.

This season reminds me of the 2009 baseball team. Nothing was stopping them from winning it all!

I can’t every remember feeling this calm going into games. In the past I always knew that we would find a way to lose. But no more, this team led by Joe Burrow will always find a way to win!

And what coaches wanted him to come and are responsible for him being at LSU?

Playmaking? define playmaking please. I consider it to be sacks, turnovers and scores

It’s been funny to watch him pivot after being the most outspoken O detractors. Trying to find any way possible to not give him any credit

I just don't think we're wired that way. We've had an undefeated regular season, an SECC, and a Heisman finalist before. The way that season ended, those accomplishments just seem to have faded away. History loves a winner. We just need to out and fricking make it.

What a fricking weasel. It hasn’t been lost on people that you have disappeared from this board with the great success of this team. You flat out said that Coach O would never win a title at LSU. Well did you watch last Saturday?

Why can’t you just eat some crow and admit Orgeron is a better coach than you gave him credit for? You would take some lumps but most people would probably give you some credit for manning up. Apparently you aren’t capable. Instead you drop in on occasion to give credit to everyone BUT Orgeron. Just pathetic. Seems like a miserable way to exist on here but keep doing you man.

Weasel.

Damone stating that LSU has no chance whatsoever to win a title under Orgeron

11th post down.

So no chance we have a championship program in our future
