With an attitude like that I think I know why your kid is A nerd as you say. Your words speak volumes.
Volumes? My words are plain: McNeese is a crap little podunk school and there is no way LSU would ever hire their nobody president but for our crap little podunk governor. Those enough volumes for you?

You’re an idiot. Name one Louisiana high school that has a stadium close to what McNeese has. They just finished a Press Box that’s probably one of the best in their division. I understand you make not agree on hiring Rouse as President nor do I. But you’re an A one idiot for even making that comparison. Your one of those “Spoiled” fans dip shite was referring to.

Look at all the broken tiles on their crap-arse video screen. Embarrassing.

Currently at McNeese

...for a marching band competition ( my kid is a nerd). Never been before. McNeese is a dump. Stadium looks like a lower tier high school. Cannot believe LSU is actually going to hire a president from this impoverished community college.

The QB that I liked most in this class was Dart though.
I could never get past how he spelled his first name: Jaxson. Just the worst.
2027 is better for our timeline now. Two seasons to figure out if Shough is the guy. Until Arch is on another team, I'm going to hold out hope.

This. Bring somebody in for a one year deal, like we did with Willie Gay last year, then hope the younger guys beat him out or develop over the course of the season into starters going forward.

Broughton wasn’t a reach at all

Stop making shite up

Dane Brugler had him projected as a 4th rounder. So did Lance Zierlein.
:dunno:

Vernon Broughton 9.93
Danny Stutsman 9.89
Tyler Shough 9.71
Jonas Sanker 9.54
Fadil Diggs 9.30
Devin Neal 8.43
Kelvin Banks 8.25 (lowest for Saints 1st rounder since Kenny Vacarro)
Moliki Matavao 7.2
Quincy Riley - not enough data.

Broughton was probably our biggest reach, and probably not coincidentally had the highest RAS.

Brugler had him projected as a 5th rounder, for what that is worth.
He looks a lot like Leonard Floyd who Staley had success with.

Every bullet point is your opinion and/or fantasy. Just because you believe things don't make them facts. Also, making an overlong list to say the same thing over and over does not make you more convincing.

Were they 25 years old in college?
quote:

Dak was 32-16 in the NFL by age 25, with a ROY, two Pro Bowls, and MVP votes, 2 playoff appearances

Josh Allen was 39-21, Pro Bowl, All Pro, 2nd in MVP voting, 3 playoff appearances in conf championship appearance
Did they have 3 season ending injuries? If Josh Allen or Dak Prescott had broken his collar bone as a freshman and his tibia as a sophomore, fully recovered and had the same final season stats they finished with, would that mean they would have sucked in the NFL instead?

I can't think of an unsuccessful QB ever being successful in the NFL.
How was Tyler Shough unsuccessful? He threw for 3200 yards, 23 TDs with 6 INT last year for 9-4 Louisville. Was he less "successful" in college than Dak Prescott, Josh Allen, Brock Purdy, or Pat Mahomes?
Todd McShay on Tyler Shough :

"...most NFL ready of the quarterbacks, and probably the most gifted after Cam Ward"

Love this guy. He's got all the tools, as long as he has it between the ears.
This reminds me of Tim Tebow - he was good enough to be a back-up, but no coaches wanted the sideshow that came with him. Your backup or 3rd QB can't be a constant distraction.
