Seriously...watching us without him makes you realize how ridiculously good he must have been to make us seem competitive. Seriously...didnt realize it, but he worked moracles with what was around him....

OK....

You DO realize that LSU was just A stepping stone for him... He was ALL about him.... A decent player... He was the best by far on A very crappy team....

No kidding. I used to criticize his apathy at times but the dude had to be a miracle worker to get that team to 19 wins.

His motivation was not my point. Dude was a beast whose ability actually made this shite show look somewhat competitive. Are you watching???? That is an AMAZING feat.

He still has not scored a point in the NBA.

He is a great talent and I know he is injured but his nonchalance personality is going to catch up with him.

I do question his sense to come play for this mess.

Victor, Hornsby, and quarterman even in his dejected moments were all better than what we've got right now

Simmons was an absolutely beast. But y'all are downplaying the rest of the starters we had last year.

Simmons and victor were are only two "big men." We had 6 deep at guard, we just didn't have shite beyond those two guys to play down low. If one of them had to see the bench early, we'd struggle. But we could still hang around with everybody. And hell, if y'all remember the Kentucky game in the PMAC last year, we took a solid lead with Simmons on the bench.

This team is completely different and missing 5 players that played the majority of minutes last year. There's no comparison.

He was not a beast.

He is a great talent. He would turn it on and off at his convenience.

True, but I really miss Keith Hornsby.

Heck, even Quarterman would be a difference maker on this team.

So no one other than him ever accomplished the fact that was stated? So he was obviously garbage.

Consider how many great players LSU has had, much less the rest of the SEC. I'd say that is pretty remarkable.

After watching one and done I lost a lot of respect for him as teammate but he's unquestionably a great great player.
