I, for one, am not expecting Brennan to match the best LSU QB in my lifetime, and one of, if not the best, college QB in my lifetime. He can be plenty good enough though.

In that case, I hope Burrow doesn’t read the Rant.

Who will be his biggest competition for the Heisman next year?
If Oklahoma can do it, why not LSU?

Myles will be in between 2018 Burrow and 2019 Burrow and we'll be going for a repeat.

Think if Myles wouldn't have had Burrow's mentor-ship...

He may have lit things up too but regardless, he's going to be much better having Joe's leadership over the past couple years. I can't wait...

Had Peyton Manning won either of the Heisman or the National Championship.

He’s the first backup in LSU history that isn’t the savior of LSU football. He’s the first backup to be unfairly criticized and attacked for no reason. Times have changed.

The only problem with Myles is he throws the ball to hard sometimes. Needs to have some touch on it. That what makes Joe so great. The harder you throw, the more accurate you have to be. But I'm hoping Brennan has a great career. He could have left, but stuck it out. Want to see him have an opportunity especially with the ones.

Myles Brennan has to go out and be the next Myles Brennan. He can’t go out there and try to be the next Joe Burrow. If he does this he will do just fine.

Yes, that’s gonna be the issue, exactly.

He throws point A to point B w the exact same trajectory

The timing needed w the right trajectory to get over the line and LBs and in front of the safeties, or around the corners on back shoulders, is just not there

I don’t expect him to develop that kind of touch. If he had it, Burrow would never have transferred here.

THIS. And Coach O did not help this when he told a reporter "we have to go out and find us a replacement for Burrow." I know you are "coach of the year" (well deserved), but that was NOT a very smart thing to say.....at this time.
