More info needed. It's not like the officer stopped and frisked him for no good reason, and if they did he will get off on a technicality

Will get dropped to a misdemeanor. Nothing to see here. he is of legal age I assume so he did what a lot of normal people do when walking around N.O. but probably should have passed on going knowing this is a money year for him. Priorities, but I was young and stupid once so.....
