Yep. To my knowledge, under Kelly’s leadership, Notre Dame didn’t have many off the field issues or just general bullshite. LSU has been dealing with it since Miles’ tenure at LSU. We’ve had some issues every off season or some jackass who couldn’t get his act together.
It’ll be refreshing not to deal with that much longer.

we know this is untrue troll BS becuase Brennan has spoken to BK, the reason his is back at LSU.

Myles Brennan was in the portal and not on the team. Brian Kelly had to recruit him to come back. Max Johnson talked to Brian Kelly to see if he was going to be the quarterback back going forward and when Kelly told him it was open competition and he was getting a quarterback from the portal, Max left the team.

This my friend is splitting hairs.

Here's another example of a coach embracing a team-first (not "me first") attitude:
Larry Johnson: The Most Vilified Kansas City Chief in Franchise History
I was here during that time, and the difference between Johnson and Priest Holmes was night and day.
Priest was the consummate team player, where Johnson was a pouty diva that expected to step in and run the show as HE saw fit.
Dick Vermeil finally had enough of Johnson's antics, and publicly said that if he wanted to be successful in the NFL he "needed to take the diapers off".
Johnson rode the bench behind Holmes until Priest suffered a career-ending neck injury. He went on to both show off his exceptional talent AND his exceptional lack of sportsmanship and teamwork until he was finally benched.
I remember when that happened - people were giving away authentic NFL jerseys with Johnson's name and number. Or you could go to WalMart and get them for 5 bucks on the discontinued rack.
Cancers like Johnson ruin teams. Coaches that tolerate people like that and treat them like they're the reason a team succeeds - or fails - are even worse.
CBK (apparently) doesn't play those games, thank GOD. Not at Cincy, not at ND, and now not at LSU.
I, for one, an happy to see us with a coach that will build a program instead of a dysfunctional list of who's who divas.

If it gets them in the weight-room and doing what's necessary to get ready for the next season then I already like it. Accountability is needed. We definitely need stronger linemen on both sides of the ball.

One of these days some of you all are going to realize that Culotta and Moscona are just shite stirrers trying to get callers or clics.

One local guy I was listening to the other day made a great point on Dwight. Said if you checked his social media it paints a picture of a kid that wasn't liking all the change that was happening at LSU. All his brothers leaving, all the coaches that recruiting him and helped him when he got here, etc, leaving,
Look at the CB room. The coach is gone, all the CBs that had been there for multiple years are gone, and I even heard that Raydarious Jones is probably gone too.

Culotta had BJ Ojulari and Kayshon Boutte on his show Sunday night before the bowl game and both of them said they haven’t talked to Brian Kelly yet.

This is true in all businesses. I always told my GMs to find the bad seeds on their leadership teams and fire or move them within the first 3 months. You’ll be able to pick them out. My mentor said to do it within a month, but I’ve always felt like you couldn’t get a feel for who was being held back by the previous leader especially when we moved that leader for poor results.

No reason to throw life preservers to strong swimmers. More than likely, BK said what he needed to say in the first team meeting and left the door open for those who wanted to speak with him one on one following the bowl game.
Meeting with players suspended (for whatever reasons) makes sense. Put a face with a name, look the player in the eyes, identify the problem and get a perspective from the player, provide the player with options for resolution and outline expectations moving forward.
Some players will embrace and welcome a more challenging atmosphere and personal responsibility. Others, looking for comfort or status quo or assurances will hit the portal. Vaya con Dios.

It's a life lesson for the real world. You do your job and keep your commitments and no one questions you and you keep your job.
Failure to do these things brings you attention you would rather not have. This is the reverse of what has been going on at LSU the last few years, starting with the head man!
One of my early bosses used to say "One oh shite cancels a thousand atta boys". These coddled five stars need to learn that.

Remeber when Mainieri came to town and ran off our best pitcher from the '06 team because he previously ran him off from Notre Dame? Didn't even give the old baw a chance. Just GTFO please and thank you.

Players transfer under O = O sucks.
Players transfer under BK = players were dirtbags.
Hope y'all are right.

One of the things I’ve always admired admired about Notre Dame is that the jerseys have no names on them.
I hope CBK can instill that idea here. I know didn’t start the tradition and ND isn’t a very popular team around here, but they do this right.
