It’s sad. Their defense is trash

They havent been beat bad all year. It's always by a few points. Burrow has had them competing every week. They are 1-12-1 since last year when the game is within single digits

#1 draft pick, Heisman trophy winning, record setting QB and leader of arguably the best team in college football history, NFL QB and young handsome millionaire.

I want him to do better, but it's impossible for me to feel sorry for someone with that life.

You do realize the #1 pick usually goes to the worst team? I am sure burrow knew this was coming.

His career is going fine. Did you watch Peyton Manning's first season?

A team that gets the #1 pick sucks. Imagine that.

Over the next 2-3 years, they will be playoff contenders.

Burrow is the real deal in the NFL and that team is only going to get better.

Why? He’s learning, excelling, and they can leverage a top three pick into three starting offensive linemen and go from there. Playing well personally and still losing is frustrating, but long term it has its benefits.

The Browns barely beat a bad Bengals team, switch the Qbs and Burrow blows out the Bengals easily.

Burrow is the first rookie quarterback in NFL history with 400+ passing yards, 3 TD passes and a rushing touchdown in a single game.

His team literally gives him no chance.

If this was true they would have zero wins. Please, please look up “literally.”

Yeah he deserves a better team for his talent

Well, that's the Catch-22 of being the Heisman Winner on an undefeated college team that won the National Championship and getting drafted by the NFL franchise with the worst record the prior year and having the #1 pick.

Even if the Bengals didn't pick him, he wasn't going to be available for a decent team.

I haven't had the heart to check on him in recent weeks. Have they at least figured out some kind of pass protection for him? First couple of games, it honestly seemed immoral for them to send him out there to get hit every single down.

I don't foresee the Bengals building a championship team around him any time soon, but if they can't just protect him a little bit, constantly playing in shootouts because of the lack of defense could set up him to be even greater whenever he leaves that mickey mouse organization behind.

Tough to throw for 400 and lose. To bad he is stuck for a few years. Not sure the Bengals front office is smart enough to understand drafting OL.
