I don’t understand how Wade fans…

Can watch this final four and think that Wade’s coaching was anywhere close to competing with this. It looks like a different sport from what LSU displayed. We all know WW could “recruit” but the idea he was some next level coach, I never saw it. WW would never win a championship here. Let it go.

i was actually thinking the same thing. Movement on offense, both of the ball and players. Changing defenses. Tremendous fundamentals.

Wade was the best coach LSU has ever had. He was no where near as good as these guys.

The issue with these posts is that they fail to recognize the bigger picture in terms of Wade. No one here has ever claimed he was some top level wizard X and O coach. But that dude brought TOP level talent here and he made LSU basketball relevant and exciting.

Wade made LSU something to care about talking about. So did Dale and we named the court after him. But Will played the same game as every other coach with talent and somehow we’re too cool for that here.

This is the question, and the answer is that it's owned by African Americans and has been since the NBA included them. White Americans can still watch football because there are more white QBs (leaders of the offense and team).
Meanwhile, basketball has more global liking than any other popular sport in the USA. It just doesn't add up, which is why I can draw the conclusion I did.
