For as much I complain about his play....the dude didn’t quit. And that’s more than I can say about other teammates.

Between Stevens, Ed Ingram, Chris Curry, and a few other guys quotes it’s clear the team didn’t take well to some of the opt outs. I’m glad.

The Pelini system failed Stevens. He was an animal last year in Aranda’s scheme. He will play in the league. Thank you Jacoby for being a GREAT Tiger!!!!

His statement also runs counter to the many posters who insisted over and over that the other players on the team were cool with the quitters’ decisions.

That comment tells you they read the rant, but we knew that

To be fair, he isn’t protecting an investment like the other guys minus Gilbert
He was still a projected 2nd-3rd rounder coming into this season.

Jacoby is a warrior. Thankful to have had him as a Tiger, & wish him nothing but future success.

Well to be fair, I thought Coach Aranda used Stevens better and put him in position to use his talents to both his advantage and LSU's better than what Bo did.
Just my assessment.

Hope he got to keep the ball at the end. Kind of cool to have your last play be a game winner. Kid came back, played with heart, and will forever be a champion!
Well, that ball was the property of Ole Miss, so I’m pretty sure they wanted it back...

Yep, the quitters didn't want to risk being part of embarrassing losses. Ironically, they're probably feeling embarrassed as they sit home and the guys who stayed and fought get major love, while the quitters are being called out by media and former players.

Neither did Brennan but i see a lot of fans ready to cut him loose funny how its bad for players to look out for them selves but totally cool shaft a player that stuck around for 4 years but got hurt.

While they are quitters, I doubt the ones who quit because of being a potential first round draft pick are embarrassed.

It is tough that he got hurt. That is part of football, but the reality is when has he not been hurt. We know in 2018 he had back issues and had Joe Got hurt, LSU might have had to go with a preferred walk-on as it was highly unlikely with back issues Myles would have made it through the 2018 season.
He started 3 games. That is it. TJ started 5 and Max started 2. I would say the best QB play back to back was Max's 2 games. Nobody is entitled to start.
It is an open competition in my view when LSU starts spring ball. Max is already better pre-snap, better pocket mobility, better touch ball, better foot mechanics, than either than Myles or TJ.
They are both straight pocket guys that need incredible OL protection. All Max needs is a year in a weight program to get stronger, the other things he has. Myles and TJ are never going to have pocket mobility and not sure at this point how much better can their mechanics be. At some point a QB's mechanics are what they are.
I don't think anyone wants to cut anyone loose, All I want is an open competition at the QB position. My leader in the club house is Max, that is my view.

I’ve been calling them quitters the whole time. Nice to see a player admit it.
