Runs. Jay Johnson just quoted to say that should be enough for a win. If LSU just wins 5 of those they are in the post season.

Completely unexcepltable! I do, however, trust that Jay will figure this thing out and have his MEN ready for WAR next season! Everybody in the country is on notice. A wounded tiger is the most dangerous animal in the animal kingdom and the bear has been poked and woken up! We will be back next year!

Some of those might be due to the opponent having such a big lead that they saved their best bullpen arms for later games.

Pitching staff, plus catcher screw-ups and abysmal infield defense (except for Milam). Pitchers look better when the defense is capable of getting routine outs and the catchers catch the ball. Still bad pitching but don’t overlook the bad defense too
