CB- Patrick Peterson
S- Tyrann Mathieu
S- Jamal Adams
CB- Tre White
LB- Kwon Alexander
LB- Deion Jones
LB- Kendall Beckwith
Nickel- Jalen Mills

I think you could make an argument that that would be the best unit in the league. Kevin Minter, Kelvin Sheppard in the mix as well.

Hell, D-line would have Kyle Williams, Brockers, Logan, Hunter, Jean-Francois, Mingo, etc.

LSU LB's are a bigger strength than defensive back in the NFL right now....

LB: D. Jones, K. Alexander, B. Mingo, K. Sheppard, K. Beckwith, K. Minter, L. Barrow

WR: O. Beckham, R. Sheppard, J. Landry, M. Dupre, B. LaFell

DT: K. Williams, M. Bockers, D. Godchaux, A. Johnson, B. Logan, A. Woods

OL: A. Whitworth, Trai Turner, E. Pocic, J. Hawkins, L. Collins, J. Barksdale, V. Alexander

CB: M. Claiborne, P. Peterson, J. Mills, R. Robinson

DE: L. Neal, RJ. Francois, D. Hunter, L. Edwards, R. Bower

Unfortunately not well. So far he's just been one of those guys who's incredible college ability didn't translate to the professional game. I really hope he's able to bounce back. Was an absolute stud for us and I don't think he gets the name recognition he deserves with the current student body.

He's not too popular around here anymore.

Plus I'd take TM and Adams over him regardless

Even though he gets good playing time I'm not sold on Mills. I know a couple Eagles fan who aren't too high on him either. I know he isn't too popular but on skills alone I would have Eric Reid at safety and put Tyrann Mathieu at nickel instead of Mills. I'd even go with Claiborne over Mills.

Which is ridiculous. He's a good dude and was a hell of a Tiger. Some people need to chill out about Eric Reid.

After Kaepernick, Eric Reid was like the second guy to start doing it. Which people are getting way too bent out of shape about. I would never do it, but it's America, if someone wants to then fine. I don't think Eric Reid is doing it with any malicious intent and his contributions on the field at LSU are far more important to me. The huge irony is that this offends a lot of the same people who love to bitch about everything being offensive these days. If nobody talked/complaineed about it it would end mostly without incident.

has struggled with injuries a lot of his career, had a pretty decent and healthy year this year with the Jets.

OL is pretty good as well

LT Whitworth
LG Trai Turner
C Pocic
RG Alexander
RT Collins

Not our biggest strength but a solid group none the less

Mathieu would have won an NFL Defensive Player of the Year award by now if injuries hadnt derailed him so much. He's young, he still has a shot to do that

Eric has made an attempt to articulate why he does what he does. And with which I totally disagree.

But if we can separate that from his play he's a fantastic player. Made one of the all time great plays when he intercepted at Bama. Unfortunately, it gets covered up by the events that followed.

FTR, Delpit looks an Eric Reid clone.

I’d probably slide Welter in there over Beckwith. He knows the play book well and can get the calls in
