that's what is so funny here on this board. He had his positive opinion, you had your negative opinion, and in some way you think you shot him down. Laughable.

About a 2. We are doomed with Orgeron's dumb arse.

We aren't even competing for SEC Championships right now. We are VERY far behind.

well last year at 6-2 we were closer than we have been since 2012. I like our chances this year just because we have a QB with upside and an OC that has already shown he knows how to call a game. Plus Aranda has a lot to work with on defense this year. On offense we have a very solid O-line, very talented WR's and Moreau at TE, versatile Tory Carter leading the way for CEH, and both good at catching the ball out the backfield.

I'm just always excited about an upcoming football season, but this year more so than in a very long time.

5.....due to inferior OL talent.

I know what's coming. Most on here don't. They're too busy cheerleading and ignoring the obvious warning signs.

I feel sorry for Myles Brennan. He could be a great QB, but will not reach his max potential because he'll be running for his life under pressure.

Hey, who missed their assignment and let that DL/LB through again?

The more time we get between The Tigers and Les Miles the better things will get.

While I agree with you SOME, he does more than recruit.

He leaves no stone unturned in preparation. And that is coaching as well.

His game day or in game coaching can definitely be questioned and some out there are better.

But his recruiting and prep is off the charts better than pretty much anyone.

Just based on pure coaching (and taking out the recruiting element) there are plenty of coaches as good or better.

Name a better college football coach than Nick Saban

How excited are you about LSU football?
Level of 1 to 10

Good Question and for me 10, always excited for the first game. We should have a very good defense and I am looking forward to a new QB and anticipation of the new offense.

I want to see fireworks with the offense

Tell me where I posted an opinion?

We will. Just like we did in the 90s
.
More of a prediction than opinion but I did watch in the 90s when we were terrible and I will watch this year as well.

quote:

Yes, yes LSU does. Less people will equal less revenue. Pretty simple economics.
Stating that more people watching and going to LSU games will result in more money for LSU isn’t an opinion. It’s, as I stated, pretty simple economics.

quote:

Dline coach is the head coach. TE coach is the OC. Lowest ranked recruiting class in 15 years. Coming off a season where we beat 2 ranked teams, one was 7-5 A&M that just hired Jimbo.

Was O not Les’s Dline coach? Was E not his TE coach? Was it not our lowest ranked class since 2002?

I was wrong by saying we beat 2 ranked teams. We beat 1. I meant to say teams with a winning record. Was I incorrect there? Did A&M not hire Jimbo?

quote:

We have 3 scholarship CB’s.
Greedy, Kirklin and Vincent. Fulton is serving his 2nd year of a 2 year suspension that O has known about, Joseph is a converted safety and Netherly a converted WR. Where was my opinion on this post?

See this is what is truly funny, I posted facts and then Cherri-O’s call if negative opinion.

You wanna post some other bullshite that I can shoot down as well?

After last year, and after a decade of having QB issues, I am a 5.5 on the scale of excitement.

I will ALWAYS watch and cheer for LSU, but I know realistically it will be tough for us to go the distance this year with an unproven QB, a mediocre head coach, and a brutal schedule.

Bet you sad asses will be watching too. Please don't watch we don't need it. Why would anybody not be as excited about LSU football now then last few years. Finally got the big uglies to stay with the big boys Down vote away you miserable

This is my thought. I can’t wait to see our D-line and defense dominate. Yeh, we may not win a natty or be in contention to do so but I will ALWAYS be excited for LSU football. Guess I’m just a diehard, can’t really help it. I do admit I don’t think we will be as bad as everyone wants to believe. If we can win in the trenches, we will compete with anyone.
