i dont see any way Ole Miss beats us.
really? Not any way at all?

Not even with a very good QB in a prolific offense, coached by one of the best offensive minds in the country?

Lincoln Riley is another great offensive coach, and his first year starter just threw for nearly 400 yards with 75% completions against us.

You don't think Jaxon Dart can do that, or more???

When LSU moves to 5-1 after a win over Ole Miss off a bye at tiger stadium? They will be ranked 14-15 at the time if they are 4-1 and will shoot back in the top 12.

Everything is still in front of this team.
Not going to lose any sleep thinking this is going to happen, that’s fer sure.

LSU at home vs AlaBAMA….not so fast there skipper.

LSU will show up in prime time for sure.

Once that O-Line clicks the run game will open everything up offensively before Ole Miss.

I’m taking LSU and the points the rest of the season.

I just hate it they likely no longer have any margin for error.

Sounds like many of the Les Miles era teams. But I'll take it.

At the end of the season, when we have 3 losses and get left out of the playoffs you will look at this game as a big missed opportunity. This works both ways.

Still no excuse for blowing the season opener. AGAIN. Do you love starting out behind the 8 ball every fricking year? Asking because I’m not sure.

the game on Sunday didn’t really matter

It only didn’t matter if we win out or possibly lose 1 more.

9-3 will not make the playoff.

Another reason why this game was critical is that if we drop 1 SEC game and go to Atlanta at 10-2, we will probably be ranked 8-10. And if we lose in Atlanta, that could be just enough to keep us out.

Especially if we are ranked just ahead of the highest ranked non power 5 school

That’s exactly what is going to happen. This team is going to pull us back in over the next month and a half

The formula to get in is simple, assuming we win the games we should win…win 2 out of 3 against Bama, ole miss, and Oklahoma. Which is not out of the realms of possibilities.
