J. Bethello DE. Out - Knee
( Season )

Then the stats: nothing too eye popping for one individual player other than Love- RB.

Team oriented “next man up mentality”
Disciplined ball. Big in turnover game.
Attention to detail with focus on each play.

Run dominant O-Line. And they just have a huge chip on their shoulder from NIU.

They’re going to win it all. Book it!

It reminds me of when Argentina lost its first 2022 WC game to Saudi Arabia (group stage) and went on a magical run to beat France to win it all.

You can’t stop what’s coming:

And that is the classiest, most steeped with tradition university in college football making a historic run. It’s been exactly 100 yrs since ND win its 1st NAT. Champ in 1924 (4horseman)

And history always has a way of repeating itself.

Thus, why ND will NEVER join a conference. We don’t need too. We’re ND and y’all ain’t!

14 million reasons and counting. Why join the market when you already own it world wide. ND is a global brand.

Peace and good luck with Kelly. Or whoever LSWho gets every three yrs to calm the irrational, impatient and spoiled lsu fan base who all end up working for their families business because they are too scared to branch off the tit of old southern wealth. And dare to be different.

LSU at home vs AlaBAMA….not so fast there skipper.

LSU will show up in prime time for sure.

Once that O-Line clicks the run game will open everything up offensively before Ole Miss.

I’m taking LSU and the points the rest of the season.
Elite coaches… what does that even mean anymore?

Way too much parity in coaching, scheming and soon to be players.

Georgia’s reign won’t last too much longer.

I’ve said it previously in this thread and I’ll say it again.

Repeats and Natty’s every 2-3 years are OVER.
Wake the frick up. LSU won 3 titles in 20 year span.

You’ll probably win another 3 in the next 20. Just not every GDamn year or two.

Time will tell. But odds are in his favor.
It’s all about how you finish. Get that one loss that a lot of if not all top teams will have. I got USC beating an 11-0 ND team at the end of the year

And possibly ND getting snubbed on a playoff appearance
Exactly

The true freshman QB is his golden ticket

He’s building that D back up to a top 5 D

That’s what wins titles…D

If LSU had a D last yr no question.

In the title game with that O. Which sputtered early too in the season
Chill dude. Was showering after my morning shesh.

My prediction/point was: watch LSU run the table this year. 11-1, 10-2 will most likely get LSU in with an appearance in the SEC champ game too.

It was one game. I have zero teams going undefeated this year in the playoffs. A big fat ZERO. Not even the Irish.. That’s what the NCAA wants. Competitiveness and chaos all at once, across the board. The years of a dynasty are over IMO.

There is about to be a shift in parity across the landscape of college football.

The Nick Saben days are over. The NCAA wants diversity in its champions for football like basket and other sports.

Being a ND fan I get it. Why keep faith in a coach that shows inconsistency in certain aspects of a collegiate football program? Coming from a fans perspective-being me that is.

Have faith in Consistency. That’s all I can rationalize around the 10yr deal given to Kelly at LSU.

When ND hired Kelly the program was in disarray. Depth, recruiting and the stadium all lacking. Jack S. (A.D.) knew it would take well over 10 yrs for ND to recover from Old Charlie’s mishaps.

After yr 3, Kelly was almost lucky enough to live up to the third year mystique of winning a title at ND. Result=made the Natty-blown out by AlaBAMA!

The 2012 season put ND on the map dating back to Holtz.

It took another five years after the Natty loss to build an annual TOP 10 program. In 2016 ND went 4-8 under Kelly.

My point being…it might not happen this year or next. But Kelly has a proven track record. Keep faith, keep your head up, plow forward with consistency.

Kelly is building a foundation that will last far after he is gone. Whenever that time is, it will be on his terms.

You have to crawl before you walk. Kelly inherited a program on the verge of disarray from old ED.

Watch in yrs to come THE LOUISIANA STATE UNIVERSITY wins a national championship. And all this forgotten.

Remember he did assist in producing a Heisman in 2yrs. Top recruiting and portal moves as well.

Final word: It’s 1 loss. If anything, always turn a negative into a positive. The USC game poked a bear (being LSU)

And that bear (LSU football) is about to unleash fury in every opponent they face the remainder of the season.

Side bar: I did call all three prime time upsets this past week. Love BoiseState this wk.

Geaux Tigers, and I mean that.
