He'll play great.

...

All we'll talk about are his mistakes.

I’m hoping for improvement from the defense.

That’s what is going to hold us back this season.

It’s not just the hype around Daniels.
Others were hyped up from camp practice and have not measured up. I don’t blame the players, but the media doesn’t do these guys any favors.

Smith, Anderson, Speights are three guys that aren’t close to what the pundits were saying.

a-hole thing to say.

It was going to be 11am regardless, is everyone that plays Miss State automatically disqualified?

Anyone expecting great things from Mason Smith has never had an ACL surgery. Combine that with an ankle injury in fall camp and he is nowhere ready to dominate. It will take take some time for him to get into football shape and above all trust his knee.

The fact that people downvoted a post that wants LSU to play well under JD says a lot.

He's not a legitimate Heisman candidate. Quit fooling yourself.

JD is going to be exactly what he's been for 5 straight years. Anyone hoping for anything more are delusional.

If he plays like he did from UF, Ole Miss and Bama last year for the rest of this year then he can win it.

FYI Brian Thomas has 13 catches after 2 games tied for 25th in the NCAA, Nabors has 11 tied for 49th out of 239

If that Oline can live up to its potential then the sky is the limit for this O. Also need Diggs and Jackson to do the same. That would take more pressure off of Daniels and I think we would see more of good Jayden consistently ;)

not a troll. i want to see the guy make that step. it would be great for LSU football. Everyone said that he was ready. Coach Kelly said he had made the improvement in the offseason. I want to see it.

if JD could add a more effective passing game to his running skills, we could make a run at the championship, even with all the warts on this team.
