I bought a house in Spring 2 years ago that had dead trees so I cut them down and HOA sent me a letter saying if I did not replant them I would be fined 10k

Had to send a PDF with all kinds of pictures and plan to re-plant trees. Also had to pay $50 for them to review.

Man I miss not living in an HOA.

I was the chairman of our architectural control committee, apparently the board didn't think I was being a big enough a-hole, so after a few months I was replaced. Now there is a feminazi in control, she has no problem being an a-hole.

That being said, I like to smoke meats, bacon, sausage, corned beef, however, the smoking is confined to about 5 occasions a year, for a few hours. The guy about 4 properties down the lake from me was actually trying to do smoking on a commercial level, for about 2 months he was running all day, and some nights. The plume seemed to always blow in my direction.

I hate to be a butthead, so I just put up with it, the lady next door, I didn't know she has emphysema, was not so forgiving, she rolled her portable oxygen tank up to his door and tore him a new one. That stopped him.

Now, when I smoke something, I have a 36" fan, that pushes it away.
