I was the chairman of our architectural control committee, apparently the board didn't think I was being a big enough a-hole, so after a few months I was replaced. Now there is a feminazi in control, she has no problem being an a-hole.

My HOA has no problem telling the karens around here to frick off.

Our president stepped down this year because he just had a kid. He was the nicest, most accommodating guy on the board by far. I'm the VP so we did the good/cop bad cop thing frequently because well, I enjoyed telling the karens to frick off.

During the last election the local karens got all excited thinking someone who would be more ammenable to their bitching and moaning would be elected. The dude who's president now is an even bigger a-hole to them than I am.

frick all of your freedom hating HOAs. I'll continue living in the country with no neighbors around (closest neighbor is almost mile away).

Another benefit is I don't have to decorate for holidays or deal with trick or treaters. You can't see my house from the section line road and my gravel drive is gated.

I’m sure DOCTOR Simmons would agree that having a bottle of SNR anywhere near a BGE is an offense deserving of revoking his Man card.

As for the topic, ol’ Baw needs to get a brisket and tend to it all night while blasting Freebird on repeat. frick that Indian.

There is a weirdo activist attorney that fought an HOA around here for like 5 years of litigation helping a marine vet fight against the HOA. The HOA was trying to get the veteran to remove his American flag on a pole from his property. The vet won. I see that weirdo attorney around the courthouse and always tip the cap to that guy for fighting hard for that veteran and eventually winning. It cost the HOA a board load of money. Fricking a holes.

Couldn't pay me to live in an HOA.

Said the same thing until I was in one and realized this was down the road where the HOA ends. Gladly pay my low fee now.

Dude! We might be neighbors! 20 years ago, I bought 10 acres and built a house in the middle. My driveway is also gated and over 1000 feet long. Clear about 3 acres for the house and yard, the rest is natural woods. I piss off the porch and shoot my guns while wearing a bathrobe. No way I would ever go back to subdivision life.

It's Indians in this case. He's decently well known on speaking out about the H1B cataclysm in tech, and they hate him for it. +1000 izzat to the good doctor.

Didn’t watch video, but if not part of covenant, wouldn’t it require association majority vote for approval?

Wait until there are enough of them concentrated that they can take over the city council.

I wasn't so much talking about your Indian in that instance, jist more of a PSA, but Indians can be Muslims as well.

Well, unless you're the administrator for it, you won't get paid to be in one.

You get to pay them to be on one.

Any company that hires a single H1B should have a 95% corporate tax rate.
