Coach Jay johnson.. His famous statement two years ago..

He liked likes to build a team from the ground up.. he rather have high schoolers...

By doing this, it makes the team have better leadership and bonding.
That builds a better culture.
This year's team had no leadership! No one player would get on one's arse if he did wrong...

Interesting that even though UNC is only at 24 percent transfers, 6 of the 9 starters are transfers. They hit on the right ones.

The pitchers are all regular recruits. They ride with 6 or 7

Two of your best players were vets. Milan and Brown just weren’t that type of leader.

An analysis of production by transfers vs high school commits would be a better measure than strictly roster percentages. Percent of Runs scored and RBI and percent of runs allowed and Innings pitched by transfers.

Interesting. For comparison, LSU would be at 45% using this metric.

I'm sure on more than occasion they admonished the pitchers to stop bouncing the ball psst the hind catcher.

Keep in mind, it does not mean that each of these guys are one year rentals or just showed up on campus this year.

I think troy benefits off of solid players that can't Crack the lineup at a big time school, so they step down a bit, but are still strong players

There's some really important missing data here. How long have their transfers been on each team from this list?
