I do t think anyone expects perfection, just looking competent would work.

Kelly has had some positives but today was a major negative. Also doesn’t help he chose a ancient OC

We have a hell of a lot more talent than a lot of those coaches in their first year. No excuses

Why did you leave out Les and O?

Yeah all of that Sun Belt talent Kelly had to go out and get to fill all the holes on the roster left by dipshit Ed O.

Two reasons:

1) Les and O are not active SEC coaches

2) These coaches took over programs with foundations totally destroyed

Les took over a high caliber/winning program. Then proceeded to coach poorly by not adapting, but otherwise the foundations were there. O was able to then fix the coaching issues (talent was still excellent)

Lsu had talent when Saban took over. Dinardo got the players, just was a terrible coach.

He literally hired and had Les coaches on staff. When they all left the ship sank because Ed Orgeron fricking sucks and killed this team.

You must not know much about football if you think that!

Some additional context: in Saban’s first year at LSU he lost to 24 AU 34-17 and to 9 UF 41-9.

Today sucked, but anyone with the slightest bit of football knowledge knows it happens to first year coaches even the GOAT.

So now excuses matter over facts. Interesting.
