We have always had some ignorant drunk dumbasses. Now they have a message board to let everyone know how stupid they are.
Luckily, most of our fans are good people.

Not sure but what is certain and no matter if we win , lose or draw there are more than a few self-righteous fans rushing to emergency room after breaking their arms patting themselves on the back for being "good" fans, while cyber hi fiving, fist and chest bumping those who tell them how wonderful they are compared to the rest.

Our fan base has a Chicken Little element beyond any that I'm aware of. Hell, many wanted CLM FIRED after the '05 UThug loss.

Im 51 years old so I have been going to games since I was about 4 years old and have had season tickets since 1972 and still have them although family members go now since Im living in Montana. I believe through the years you always have complainers. Obviously in my early years , there were the Help Mac Pack slogans though he only had one losing season during his tenure at LSU. I do believe the internet and sites may have something to do with it but for the most part , I believe Saban and then Miles have spoiled a lot of the fans over the past several years.

But Playing like that will not bring a win vs. Bama IMO.
here in lies the problem....people watch one game and assume that is how we're going to play the rest of the season. its mind bottling.
now we got posters calling out players on here.....again. "soft", "weak", "he sucks"...it's ridiculous.

We have a long ways to go.
ANyone who doesnt acknowledge that isnt paying attention.
With that said, I beleive we will improve each week.

I never said they would play like last night the rest of the year. I said IF they play like last night against Bama[Penalties and turnovers]They would have a problem winning. Maybe they took AU for granted with all the press about how they suck and LSU could just waltz in and get an easy win. I would hope the players don't think like that.

i am pretty neutral and don't get too involved in the nega vs positiger battles (though i find positiger sunshine pumpers can be just as bad if not worse IMO) but i think most people realize if they play and coach like they play and coached last night we will likely lose multiple games.
i'll say that first sec road game at night is always going to be a difficult challenge especially at a place like auburn but that auburn team is really bad. game should have been done and dusted by halftime.
watched with a friend who had absolutely no rooting interest whatsoever and more than once he looked over at me and said 'what are you all trying to do offensively?' the field goal situation at the end...wow. les' clock management skillz are something to behold at this point.
but go ahead and throw me in with the ' a W is a W crowd.'every year it's the same people who cry about everything and the same people who cry about those people crying about everything. not much changes.

Some have ZERO sense of reality. Lsu WON the game last night. I am glad. But Playing like that will not bring a win vs. Bama IMO.Bama is a fine-oiled machine right now. Can't say the same thing for the Tigers.
Exactly. We are glad to get the W but LSU is not about just getting SEC road wins. This program is elite and its goal going into each season is to win the NC.
Our fans aren't doom and gloom. We expect the best. When we don't play up to certain standards players and coaches should be called out for it and held responsible.
At the company I work for if you tell your boss/director hey we increased our revenues 12% this year he's going to say why wasn't it 15%. It the way people are who expect to perform at the highest levels.

No...Not even close. Our success has spoiled us. We used to claim victory even when we lost. Totally different now.

the biggest problem with this whole fricking place is that any slinging dick who has won a championship in a dynasty on NCAA 2013 can post here.. their line of thinking is that if you don't win by 35 points and your QB doesn't have 350-500 yards passing that the offense is garbage.. forget the fact that the defense was stingy ALL NIGHT LONG... forget the fact that the team just won a ROAD, CONCERENCE game against a storied rival.... if the offense didn't put up 500 yards of offense, we suck and we'll never compete with the top 10 in the country...
this place is a joke and can be a fricking cancer at times.. some of you 'fans' are down right embarrassing

Expecting your team to play well and coaches to prepare a game plan to give the team the best opportunity to win is the signs of a spoiled fan, then sign me up. Expecting to win & look good doing it = unrealistic or spoiled fan. How does that compare to predicting an SEC win of 47-10 and then blasting SOCATIGER because he says this game could be a dangerous.

teams have bad games. it happens. not expecting any is unrealistic and spoiled.
