I mean I'm not what you call a sunshine pumper but the negativity and stupitudy I've read about this game is mind boggling.

Have LSU fans always been such doom and gloom and we just didn't have chicken's site to show it?

Cue the Les haters.

Yes. We are either the best team ever or won't win another game fans.

In years past, negatigers grumbled to themselves as they didn't have a forum for their negativity. Now they have it and can express it based on anonymity.

If we saw them do it in person, we would call them idiots to their face.

Most people just have unrealistic expectations. Not every game is gonna be a 40 point blowout. And for some reason, our fans seem to treat a close victory like a loss. It amazes me too sometimes.

the best thing to do after a game like this is stay away from this place, but that can be very difficult sometimes.

Can't imagine worse and more stupid fans anywhere but we can always hope. It is truly bizarre that some people can't enjoy a victory.

You would think by now the fanbase would be used to an anemic passing offense under Miles and just accept it,right?

The best stretch in the history of LSU football has contributed to a very spoiled fan base. It's gotten to the point where fans turn into whiny little bitches if the team doesn't perform up to their expectations (which are not always very realistic).

I love the rant, but the negative vibes here spread like VD at an Alabama whorehouse.

I guess some fans are tired of having their guts pulled out and being drug around the block for 60 minutes during games the team is supposed to win comfortably. And LSU fans have not always been this bad, it's been building up for 4 or 5 years now and is building to a head.

I said it back in 2010, you can almost lose or barely win your way to a championship. Or you can almost win or barely lose your way to an winless season.

I'll take an ugly win over any type of loss every day.

Well, yes. After 25,000 (+) post, I think you know this.

A close victory, riddled w/ mistakes, may be just what this team needs. From what I've read, they seem well aware of the work that's ahead of them.

Some have ZERO sense of reality. Lsu WON the game last night. I am glad. But Playing like that will not bring a win vs. Bama IMO.Bama is a fine-oiled machine right now. Can't say the same thing for the Tigers.
