i think it was more a destruction of the mindset here then the talent levels, yes talent suffered, but not as much as the mindset of being selfish and not team players

talent is one thing, but even the guys who are still here are too selfish and butt hurt, to be a part of the team, and give 100% effort for BK

players can be replaced much easier then you can change the selfish "im a star player" attitudes he left us with.

thats why this year will be bad, a lot worse then it should be, but very soon things will get fixed. but that may require sending guys like boutte to the bench to stay or just cutting bait and removing them from the team

Right because O is the one who can’t put together a competent PAT unit…

Mike Archer did the same thing.

So much of the Ed O fallout was speculation on the part of fans and media. No wonder those kids bailed. Hell, everyday was another rumor of the NCAA coming in to burn the program down.

I think he got hit by the perfect storm. Losing so much on both sides. Losing your offensive staff and Defensive Coordinator certainly hit hard. Then Covid hit, then the " Awakening" on campus led by Jacoby Stevens, followed by the opt outs early of Chase, Shelvin, Vincent and later Terrace Marshall, then your new starting QB tears his abdominal and is out for the season. Now you have to play 2 freshman QB's with a line that was entirely new. When you look at it objectively and not through the unrealistic eyes of most on this board, the fact we finished 5-5 and that we could have been 6-4 or possibly 7-3

Ed O is not a good head coach. He proceeded to prove every national and regional pundit correct that he caught lightning in a bottle in 2019 and became Ole Miss Ed overnight after that season.

Archer and Hallman are right up there, minus the most incredible season in CFB history.

Ed built it, by luck or skill, but had zero idea of how to maintain it. Looking back, I'd do it all over again for 2019. Sorry, not sorry. Wasn't going to happen with Les.

He destroyed their program?

There is a lot of criticism Kelly deserves as a HC. He didn't destroy ND, he struggled to win the big game though.

Orgeron deserves to be shite on. Yes he won a national, mostly by staying out of the way of Aranda, Brady and Burrow. That’s the only thing he did right. He didn’t recruit worth a shite and he did absolutely nothing the last 2 years, but he was a hell of coach.

Almost as if that no good a-hole is the reason our team is the way it is right now. Your swamp king is gonna catch shite until we've had a few cycles to clean up the mess he left us. frick him

2019. Watch the full season. The ending is pretty good. Warning - every season thereafter will suck and you’ll hate yourself.
