Has a coach ever completely destroyed a program in such a short amount of time as Ed O?

Gene Chizik was equally bad, but he's up there.

Not saying he didn’t mess up, but the new transfer portal rules post covid really exhausted our team.

Notre dame struggled though many shite years of tyrone willingham, charlie weis and bob davie before Kelly came along and pulled them out the dark years. Thry can say all they want about brian kelly but he made them a contender when they were a joke. They just sour he left but he had them in the doorstep.

Playoffs and preseason #5. They just played a solid game vs Ohio St. what a dumb statement.

Notre Dame fans are fricking idiots, then. They were a shite team for a long time before Brian Kelly. He went there and turned them back around and put them on the verge of being a contender just about every year.

Coker still won 9-10 games after 2002 before the wheels fell off in 2006.

My tire is flat. Ed’s fault. My girlfriend broke up with me. Ed’s fault.

Grow up. Let it go.

Remember how we beat the hell out of Miami and Coker in the 2005 Peach Bowl, good times.

Covid killed the LSU team.

It allowed future NFL players to "Opt Out"...see Jamar Chase, Tyler Shelvin.

Losing both offensive and defensive coordinators didn't help. So, no, Orgeron did not destroy LSU. His response to rebuilding from the loss of key people ended his coaching stay at LSU. That, and Scott Woodward wishing to hire Jimbo Fisher...which never happened.

So you disagree he left the program in shambles? He got paid and stopped caring.

ND fans understand Kelly did a great job leading us out of a very dark place. Actually, going all the way back to Lou Holtz. Kelly turned it into a respectable program again and won most of the games he should have, but lost most all of his marquee games. He will win at LSU. Way to much hand wringing going on over the loss to FSU. It's one game and it's Kelly's first game. Better times are on the horizon for LSU.
