If a woman is raped then her 1st move is to report it to the Police not to a coach or Administrator.
Not trying to single you out because it is a lot of people in this thread, but it is clear some of you have never worked with or been around victims of sexual assault or domestic violence. The amount that are scared to report or don't report is astronomical, and this is for "normal people" not when the one being accused is a star athlete. A woman (or man) who has just been sexually assaulted isn't thinking about reporting instantly to the police. To me it makes complete sense that she went to a coach than to the police.
I fully believe that Guice is a POS and did things to these women that weren't fully consensual. FWIW I have friends who were at LSU at that time and hanging out in similar circles as a lot of the athletes and they mentioned rumors that Guice was very creepy and aggressive towards women.
I don't see how O gets "taken down" for this unless he was the coach who she reported to.
This is a terrible look for Alleva and F King. If they had any idea that there were assaults taking place and didn't conduct a proper investigation they should never get another job at a university in their lives.

That’s the whole issue. It was reported, and buried by LSU.

And La'El Collins was involved with a murder supposedly. Wake me up when the courts determine what happened.

This is slightly different my man and that's not what happened.

no he wasn’t.
he knew the parties involved and police wanted to question him.
he was never actually accused of any participation.
They just wanted to see if he had any info at all that would help.

After Baylor, Ohio State, Michigan, Michigan State, Penn State, etc you are incredibly naive to not at least be a little worried that there is more here than just Guice's dealings.
Man, you are really committed to pushing this narrative.
What's your angle? Are you a survivor of sexual assault?

Well if there is one thing we know about Alleva it's that he has a stellar record when it comes to rape accusations as an AD...

Come on man, don’t do this. You’re quickly jumping to conclusions and labeling him a rapist.
I’m only saying I trust the judgment of the girl I personally know.
If he’s guilty of what they’re saying then we’ll all be dumbfounded and my opinion will change.

He got fricked in that situation. Luckily he signed a big contract after his first year.

Agreed. A slightly different take but the same basic premise. I think the issue will be if it was reported to LSU officials as alleged, did LSU officials take the right steps given what was reported? Obviously, this includes how it was reported, because that is relevant With T9. If it was reported through the correct channels and LSU took the proper procedures, but nothing came of it, as bad as it may look, that was probably sufficient. However if they didn’t, well then it’s obviously grounds for administrative action or legal action.

2 things can be true -
1) LSU's liability in these allegations is questionable. Orgeron's liability is highly doubtful.
2) Guice is a POS, and whether or not the allegations at LSU are provable in court, they ring true following criminal charges filed in Virginia.
Footnote - the idea that a drunk girl is incapable of complaining of assault because she doesn't have good memory is gross & anyone that believes this should reconsider their position. Especially when numerous parties are informed of the assault.

Back to Orgeron’s supposed comment
“Everybody’s girlfriend sleeps with other people.”
Even if you feel the comment is callous, that definitely indicates he was under the impression it was consensual. That goes against the argument that O was trying to cover a rape.

Lol you literally had people on this board saying this exact stuff before it even made print
Safe to say that Guice is indeed a menacing rapist

Yup. Top recruit I think she was.

Help me understand.....
One girl had a history of accusing different LSU football players of rape at different times. She was currently dating another football player (fr)?
I know we arent supposed to say it out loud so im searching for the right words here......she seems to have placed herself in a pretty close orbit to football players even when her boyfriend isn't around. The program is of national prominence and these kids have targets on their backs for obvious reasons. Tethering yourself to a future professional athlete could provide you with a lifetime of financial security. And when people dont get what they want.......

So, is this correct?
Incident 1
Took place in spring 2016 with Miles as head coach
Girl then let a friend on diving team know, who then informed her coach, who then informed lsu officials that contacted the girl but the girl didnt want to report and press forward
Then, a year later we have a random girlfriend sleep with people quote from Coach O
Not sure what else LSU could have done here, and the O quote put in here is pure clickbait shite
Incident 2
Tales place in June 2016 with Miles as head Coach and the female is a tennis player
She lets friends know, but no university officials. She then is kicked off by LSU for drugs, and sometime later after being kicked off files a report to Title Ix
So, depending on the title ix investigation, or the potential the womens tennis coach knew more, im not sure exactly what LSU did wrong, but it certainly doesnt mention anything about football coaches withholding anything

That means there are multiple underclassman on one roster that didn't reappear on the following year's roster.
Tennis seems to have a lot of turnover.
