Don't even want them there. Why give Bama's campus the added hype of ESPNtards stampeding around the outskirts of the game

He isn't flat out wrong. Did you really look at that schedule. I doubt there is a top 50 team that they have played. They avoid Ohio State, Michigan, and Michigan State. I'm guessing they aren't even a top 25 team. Yes, going 9-3 is great for them. But that schedule. Wow.

Jesus. They have played a horrendously easy schedule? I'm talking teams that would be ranked 75 or higher. They struggled with some of them. Reality is, they are probably a solid 30-35 type team.

Good! LSU Vs Bama will still dominate the conversation. Nobody gives a frick about Minnesota except people from Minnie. LSU is worldwide

I say let Minnesota have it. Gameday has been to LSU 13 times and Alabama 13 times. In particular, Gameday has been to LSU vs. Alabama 10 times. Throw them a bone...

Besides, we’d get the SEC Nation crew (Marty, Tebow, Marcus Spears) should you want to tune in for that.

Bama and LSU regularly, it's on CBS. Minnesota-PSU is on ABC.

I expect they will go to Minnesota...

LSU-Alabama is always on CBS and it’s either the 1st or 2nd as the matchup they’ve been too most. Also I’m not sure how the B1G TV deals work but a lot of their games are on Fox

I’m pulling for them to go to Minnesota. The less the school is on game day the better the show is usually.

The butthurt is strong in this thread.

And Minnesota Rowboaters may not beat Penn state, but they will beat Wisconsin. Book it.

The kids we’re recruiting.

Being featured three times in eleven weeks only helps our recruiting.

With as many out-of-state kids as we’ve been pulling, any media hype we get is positive and serves to help reinforce and expand our recruiting footprint.

Game day coming to BR and not Tuscaloosa helps recruiting. Difference between a program on the rise and one on the decline. Bama fatigue is a real thing.

I hope he’s right — anything to make this game less of a GOTC Part 2 BS is better for LSU. The first step was playing at 2:30 and not prime-time . Not having Gameday there will be another small step. I hope the team doesn’t overthink the next 2 weeks and prepares like that have every game this year—that’s been part of the problem since 2012–LSU has put Bama on this ridiculous pedestal and already lost the mental edge before they ever step foot on the field.
