The vote is for the Birmingham billboard only. Not the Oxford banner. Judge explained in his updated post.

Can his image be used and same question of the SEC lapel pin??
edit: #2 doesn't look to be laid out like the long narrow billboard and would need some modification to fill the billboard with the two words stacked on top of each other.
