Getting a few reps per game is not "a bunch"

Or Kelly needs to realize that the old era of players sitting for 2 years before seeing meaningful reps is over and play the damn young players.

I mean at minimum, Lacy, Hilton, Anderson, and Sampson all seem to be ahead of him right now.

Add Thomas coming in from State as well as some talented freshmen and he probably just sees the writing on the wall.

He's getting buried.

Who you taking off the field so Brown can get meaningful reps?

Keep in mind LSU had the worst defense in the history of football and we had to score every time we had the ball

He played in every game with clear cut starters better than him. All you do is bitch.

There is no keeping all your good freshmen any more, this is not just an LSU problem.

Better he leave than Sampson. If you have watched Billiot killing it against High recruits in all American Bowl practice, will probably pass him up as well. If you are worried about us losing his speed we got Jelani Watkins and Michael Turner coming in who are absolute burners. We are good.

Also keep the tight end room in mind as well.

We split Taylor out as a receiver a ton and will have some freaks in Pimpton and Green.

Our crappy defense did not allow for us to waste possessions for developmental reasons all year

Yep, he's leaving because we didn't play him in garbage time against Grambling and Army.

No, he's leaving because he didn't play. 12 snaps in 3 games in a 13-game season which included several rent-a-wins is insulting, which, again, is why he's leaving.

Told you Orgeron should not have been a douche and let his midlife crisis tear apart the program.

That tends to happen when you are like 7th on the depth chart.

Guys getting buried in college football today aren’t only missing out on playing time but also on NIL money. We only have so much NIL money to go around, and if Brown is getting passed up by Parker and Sampson who do you think we’re spending most of our money on?

Georgia lost like ten guys to the portal already who were former top 100 recruits. It’s just the way CFB will be going forward. It’s better to be losing guys bc they’re getting passed up or stuck behind entrenched first round picks rather than having starters poached bc we suck.

But either way we’re going to lose guys every year.

He’s leaving because he didn’t show anything in the fall or during the season. He didn’t see the field for a reason.
