But I believe the general consensus is that O is NOT clean, and that he's going to get drilled if he stays. Quite likely helped make some of the more distasteful stuff "go away" (problem was, it didn't stay gone).
His skill is being a recruiter, so he's basically a con artist and a bit sleazy. It's the job description.
He's not going to coach again, most likely. His option is to ride this to the bitter end and get censured, and not coach and lose all buyout (and then sing like a bird to get a lesser censure); or he angles for the best reduced buyout he can get, in agreeing not to burn LSU. If he leaves and is a private citizen, the NCAA can't force him to talk or cooperate. He's waiting for LSU to make it worth his while to leave.

Wouldn’t need to be that extreme to fire with cause. Look at Arkansas firing firing Petrino for sleeping with a staff member.

I think he's in for a long wait. I suspect Woodward thinks he has the upper hand. Like I wrote earlier, the next 2 - 4 weeks are going to be very interesting.

Its happened before:Mike Price was fired at Bama for banging strippers. The bedroom pics probably fall under "public embarrassment the the University" or some shite like that. Something to put in your back pocket in case the bottom falls out & you gotta shitcan someone.

That would depend on how severe the infractions would be if there are some. If the rumor of Verge not reporting an admission in text from Davis about hitting his girlfriend is true, that’s a violation of Title IX. Not sure what kind of sanctions that warrants though.
