You don’t think Theo & Paz will improve?

Buzzy comes with all these excuses. There’s a reason he isn’t on the radio very often.

I expect all of these guys to improve as long as the fielding improves behind them.

Evans, sophomore
Schmidt, sophomore
Rizy, sophomore
Cooper Williams, sophomore
Lachenmayer, sophomore
Plog, sophomore
Ricken, freshman
Sheerin, sophomore
Theophilus, freshman
Paz, freshman

Load the bases, clear the bases, load the bases.

How is this possible at top echelon D1 baseball?

Theres a TON of kids at D2 and D3 that would kill for this opportunity.

The problem is that, other than Schmidt, not a single second year player on that list improved this year. Can anyone name another sophomore pitcher who improved this year over last season?

Is there anyone more happy watching this game than geauxldicocks and tigermac81?

Now we get to watch them bleed all over every thread for the next few days.

He's by far the best defensive catcher we have.

True, but his bat is inconsistent and didn’t really improve when he got a shot. The issue is that we couldn’t afford to take Bide or Serna out of the lineup and evidently Jay didn’t feel comfortable with Serna or Bide at 1st.

Yamin played there for a few games this season. Hopefully they get all of that worked out in the offseason.

This is just dumb.

There are a crap ton of promising freshman arms and a couple of sophomores who I would expect to improve. Cooper Moore looked great and should also be back

A trying season, no doubt. Obviously will need to bring in some new talent, move some out, and perhaps a new assistant or two can get more out of the ones we want to keep. A fresh set of eyes and a new approach can do wonders with some guys. You can bet Jay will make the needed changes.

RA every post for alter and they will eventually be put down. I got that a-hole put down for a nap twice in one fricking game this year. He tried to pop back up with a new alter in game.

Sheerin’s homer ball was a 97 MPH strike.

But I bet it was flat with zero movement.

You’d hope so, but we are still waiting on Cooper Williams, Noot, and Rizy to improve.

There are lots of examples of guys thst haven’t come around.
