Maybe a gump stole an LSU play book and it got out that it was missing Monday. Vegas hears it, lines move, team knows, has no hope.

More plausible than the game being fixed.

And it would be disturbing and finebaum wouldn't want to discuss it.

I'm not saying the game was fixed. But something happened to have a negative effect on the team before the game.

So what? My phone can take pics an turn then into PDFs, store on Dropbox and nobody would know. You can have the physical book for all I care.

Not too hard to steal something the size of an index card.

Like you need their playbook to prepare for LSU

not before the game...during the game. They realized that they had no chance to move the ball on offense. It was a buzz kill for the entire team. couple that with the fact that Bama was able to drive on our defense and it sucked the life blood out of us...very simple. We had a terrible game plan.

There is absolutely no reason to steal LSU's playbook. I knew LSU's game plan. And if I knew Saban definitively knew.

In fact I knew Bama's offensive game plan. I told several of my friends that LSU will not only have to contain Richardson out of the backfield but we will also have to contain Smelly (sp?). Smelly killed us all night with the waggle route.

The line moved just as much last year with Aub and Oregon

It big, isloated games an line moving 1.5 to 2 points the day of the game is very, rare barring some kind of big news like a key injury.

Maybe someone discovered that a player had violated some NCAA rules or something?

Maybe a player banged another player's GF and caused dissension in the ranks? That happened to the Lakers last year and we saw what happned to them in the second round of the playoffs.

Not making accusations or anything, just throwing out possible scenario's that would make a team come out flat and cause shite tons of money to shift if it were leaked.

I would genuinely feel terrible if I found out the NC game was decided by outside factors, unintentional or not.

Hopefully if this is true, we will find out soon. But hopefully it isnt. If it is, and they spill over into next season, we could be looking at the first year in 7 years for the trophy to not come back to the SEC because yall are DEFINITELY our best chance at hardware next year.

Did anyone hear Miles' interview on SVP around noon on Monday? It was clear something was up. He was out of it...

He didn't seem to be himself. But then again, I have nothing to compare it too. I can't remember an interview with him on the game day in 2007.

One word of warning about Fnescum. His job is to destroy anything that stands in the way of the Alabama program. living in Birmingham you come to understand that. LSU is the biggest threat. I would not believe half of what he says and discount the other 50%. Auburn fans know this all too well.

Not sure Chicken... my first impression of the team when taking the field was that the energy wasn't there. Seemed forced. A few of the guys you expect to be all over the place just weren't the same.

We could have moved the ball if JJ would have hit the wide open receivers that were there all night. But, he couldn't, so we could not move the ball.

It is not like it was impossible. It is just that JJ is horrible.

Eh, I disagree. I have always thought that he secretly despises Alabama and the whole reason he has his show is to publicly humiliate Alabama fans for being such fricktards on the radio so the whole country can have more ammo to make fun of us with...

And yeah, as pathetic as that sounds, I truly believe it. lol

The line was steadily moving in Bama's direction well before Monday. You people are a bunch of gossipy church ladies wanting to believe the latest wild rumor.

I am actually inclined to bite on some of this. Something was clearly strange surrounding the team that night. I can't rationally describe what I saw, and have thought all along that it was almost surreal.
