I think the biggest risk they have run up is not even on the list, Anti-trust violations. If any of these court cases or potential cases pushes the Anti-trust point and the SEC loses then the potential financial damages and loss of control will be enormous.

Is the criminal collusion part regarding the SEC's involvement or something? Or is there some insinuation that the University colluded with players to file the lawsuit? I genuinely don't know anything about that part.
