He said that he spoke to a member of our staff following the game. It was regarding JJ and his performance. Everyone on the sideline wanted JL in. Everyone except Les

Looking at our WR core, I believe it.

Use your edit button to replace "but" with "except" and get rid of the mysterious comma.

If this is true, it makes Miles' insistence on JJ even more inscrutable. What the hell was he thinking? Seriously, I'd love to know.

"blah, blah, blah. JJ can pass as good as Lee. Continued BS. Pass rush. Coach speak. I don't have to ask permission. Blah, blah, blah."

Oh, I thought you were talking about Monday night. That conversation probably happened in October of 2010. Hannagriff and Gordy used to comment on it in the post game shows.

Well I said numerous times last year that Crowton wanted Lee in but Miles wanted JJ. This wasn't speculation, it was fact so this makes perfect sense.

I've always thought that Miles plays favorites. I've heard some hearsay about former Saban players saying the same thing: Miles=favoritism.

Saban started Marcus Randall over the number one overall pick in the draft in 04.
Dumb decisions get made sometimes. Not going to Lee was one. This should all cool down and 2-3 weeks into next season I expect people will wonder why there was ever a JJ JL debate

Les is insane, I ahve been telling you that for days. There is the good insane Mad Hatter and the bad insane Bad Hatter

Saban screwed up by not settling on one of them, but starting a veteran QB in Randall over a freshman Jamarcus is way different from the QB situation under Miles. We had a stable leader in Lee this year, and Miles kicked him to the curb for a wildcat-QB that lead the worst offense in the SEC for two consecutive years prior.

Fbomb makes that shite up as he goes. Please don't pay any attention to that Bammer.

So now we're adding Finebaum to the list of sources we agree with? 99% of the people on this board thought he was an idiot 2 days ago. Same for Hebert. He was referred to as a drunk idiot by most people. Now suddenly we're championing their opinions and sources? My. Bitterness makes for odd companions.
