1982 Florida State. Fog rolling in, oranges flying, and the Tigers dominating on the field to wrap up an Orange Bowl bid.

If I'd attended 1979 USC in person, that would've been the clear winner.

“Favorite” loss was 2012 Alabama. In the last 15 years easily the greatest atmosphere at any sporting event. Beyond the game itself, the context from the year prior played a huge part. Also coupled with it being my freshman year at LSU, it felt like all summer and fall were leading up to that game. An indescribable experience.

Favorite wins would be 2012 against USC and spurrier as #3 after the loss to Florida. Just came out and outwilled them on the back of Jeremy Hill. The band crushed up against the student section and played directly to them at halftime. I don’t think I’ve seen them do that since then.

2014 ole miss was awesome to feel some pizzazz in that rivalry again. Especially with college game day and it being a night game.

Tiger stadium has really really lost its mojo the last 5 years. It’s just not what it was. Even during 2019 I couldn’t tell you one home game that stood out to me as a memorable win. Of course we rolled most of those teams and Florida and auburn were competitive games but none had that magical quality to them. Had bama been at home it’d likely have been a top 5 atmosphere all time in tiger stadium.

Florida in 2007 has to top the list.

Va Tech 2007 may be the most complete game I’ve seen them play pre 2019

Georgia in 2003. Mauck to Green put LSU back on the map.

There are so many to choose from, right? Seems like an almost countless number of awesome last second games, but the question before the board is personally witnessed. Good question.

For me, I might vote for the Auburn game where Fournette ran over one of their DBs, had another guy go flying off his shoulders, and simply wouldn't go down out of bounds even with half their team trying. Amazing game.

1997 Florida. I think it was my 2nd game ever too. The 5 for 5 game against Florida was good too. I was on the 40 a couple rows up in someone's company seats.

There have been many special nights.

1. Earthquake game in '88 against Auburn. Hodson to Fuller. Browndyke PAT sealed it. My first really electric experience.

2. Florida '07. Five 4th down conversions. Hester was money.

3. Natty in '20. Say what you want, but that was a home game in the Superdome. After a tense start, it was the most beautiful thing I have ever witnessed.

1997 28-21 win against #1 Florida. (LSU Alumnus)

2000 30-28 win vs Alabama (With Josh Booty at QB) that ended Bama's 350 year end streak in Tiger Stadium. (LSU Alumnus)

LSU-Auburn 1972. 35-7 Tigers and Bert Jones, Gerald Keigley and Brad Davis shined.

2012 Ole Miss complete back and forth including Odell tied Cannon’s punt return was my standard for this one until the 2019 aTm Burreaux game.

Highlights of thr game: Joe came out in the iconic jersey. Shortly after kickoff Bama went down to Auburn (no mulligan). In 3rd quarter LSU had more points (39) that Kellen Mond had passing yards.

97’ Florida without a doubt!!! The dip cups were flying, the entire student section rushed the field, and the goal post came down.

Hell, even SI had that game as their cover!! “See you later gator!!”

Tha was the loudest, and most electric game I’ve ever had the pleasure of watching inside Tiger Stadium!!!
