This just makes FK look more involved in keeping the relaxed enforcement of Title IX.
Board will just say that they had to step on to ensure Title IX was being properly enforced.
Which pushes the shite back downhill to administrators and some coaches. Where it was going to land anyway.
And how does it help FKA for FKA to say FKA was forced to fire the AD who was in charge during multiple Title IX "issues" at the same time there's proof he pushed back, against that same AD, as to firing the coach who was part of the Title IX "issues".
His statement is the opposite of someone who wants to appear the hero instead of the zero.

This guy clearly isn't as smart as he would like everyone to think. Dumbass can't get out of his own way. He'd do well to consult an attorney or at the very least get a PR team and shut his mouth

F King and Alleva still bungled the Will Wade issue so bad that Wade had to lawyer up to protect his rights.
They suspended him on heresay from a wiretap with no context.

Does Alabama offer a course in "How to run your athletic department illegally and get away with it"? If so maybe some of our guys could take it.

File this in the “I couldn’t care less” category.
If the President of LSU isn’t acting in the best interests of the university community , then I expect the Board of Supervisors to pay him a visit and get him to do his job.
F. King’s allegation is they didn’t give him the sole authority to act as he pleases? Seriously? No one is to hold him accountable?
By that point, Alleva was under fire not just for the Will Wade situation but the bungling of several other situations like the firing of Les Miles/hiring of a new football coach, and the total PR disaster of the Florida hurricane game. LSU fans and alums were sick of his shite. The BoS actually represented us on that occasion, for once. So forgive me for not being mad about it.
As for a threat to our accreditation, get serious. Will. Never. Happen.

He clearly doesn’t want to work within a university system again. When you creat a shite show and publicly lash out at you last employer you make yourself unemployable. He could have quietly sat out a year or so and picked up another job somewhere. I think this is a career killer.

It is certainly not a coincidence that the feds were recently on campus.

SACS will not take this serious, this will not affect LSU's accreditation. He can make all the allegations he wants, unless King has serious stroke with SACS, nothing will come of it.

How is him saying he had to be forced to fire the AD who was sweeping Miles’ sexual deviance under the rug supposed make him look even remotely competent? If anything, it makes him look even worse.

And?
It happens. Bosses tell their direct reports to fire lower level employees all the time.

No credibility. This is just retaliation after the BOS blew the whistle on him.
Posted on 3/26/21 at 10:21 am to nicholastiger
So he's claiming the board met with him at Juban's and told him to fire Alleva and hire Woodward?
Can someone explain to me why that is bad?

Right. F. King totally made the entire episode bigger than it needed to be by falling for Pat Forde's trap.

I wonder if he's trying to set up a civil suit to get a settlement so he can retire?
Because he's never getting another big time college admin job again.
