Kyren didn’t cause the accident

Seems like gold truck reacted to kyren doing something wrong. Your did not cause at all argument loses a lot of credibility

I watched the video

Good attorney, great evidence, make sense

Can't believe the police officer just took the lady's word for it

A lot of false testimony involved

sad- social media is the devil's playground

we all need to watch what we type

if we were not there, don't say anything until the facts are known

I mean, the same issues happened with Floyd Case, they made that officer guilty before the trial

well, the police body cams showed me clearly that Floyd didn't die from a knee...

but they sent the officer to jail anyways...for fear of more rioting

Kyren was well behind the car that got HIT. The car that hit the vehicle that killed the driver was coming from the other direction.

Media turned this into a shitshow and painted him as guilty before any evidence. They literally killed him. Wish something would be done about media posting things that aren’t facts.

Explain to us how someone 100 yards BEHIND an accident possibly contributed to the cause of it

I feel like everyone who still trying to paint him guilty didn’t watch the video and also were the main ones calling for his imprisonment after first reports, they also have trouble admitting they were wrong !

He slowed Dow I giess as he was going 28 mph. Maybe he saw Kyren passing and slowed down out of caution. But he certainly didn’t slam his brakes per his account .. shame on that trooper for trying to get him to report that he did.

I don’t think KL contributed to this. I assume that the gold truck driver saw him passing and slowed down because of it … just being an aware, defensive driver.

Driver 2 screwed up by following too closely. She had to go straight into the truck, left across the center line or right (idk what was on that side).

It takes roughly 4 to 4.5 seconds to cover 100 yards at 40-50mph. If two cars are approaching at the same speed, it is half that for them to collide. IOW, this is lawyer talk for a jury that can't math; it is still very likely that his actions (being in tne wrong lane / passing) are the reason the other cars swerved as stated. It doesn't mean the car that went left isn't at fault too (tailgating, going into head on traffic), but the inital reports still have bearing.

If you’re asking this question you are so far behind me in the understanding of this story that you aren’t even worth answering. Go read carefully my posts in the thread.

People argue in threads like this as if multiple things can’t be right at the same time. That’s where people get wrong. There are several things that can be simultaneously right and wrong and fault at the same time.

But the car who hit the car was BEHIND a gold truck. She wasn’t paying attention and was too damn close. Wouldn’t the gold truck have swerved or something?? He slowed down. He was back in his lane like -at 93 yards instead of the 100 per the law. That’s pretty close.

And yes it was a no passing Zone so that is a violation.

What’s tragic is the info given .. exploding vehicle .. he ran from the scene .. one of the cars behind him when gave incorrect info (on purpose or not who knows).

You do realize two cars traveling at each other at just 50mph cover that distance in like 1.3 seconds right?

The law is 100ft per the attorney in the video. 93 yards is 279ft.

He was allegedly illegally passing in and out of the lane which caused a truck to slow down rapidly causing the car behind him to swerve to avoid hitting him and hit the deceased guy head on. The data Kyren's attorney showed appeared to show the driver who swerved was following too close.

Probably would have been a tough conviction but IF the gold truck had to alter his normal driving pattern to avoid Kyren performing illegal passing, you can't say he played no part in the accident, just probably not to the level of criminal conduct, just traffic tickets for reckless operation and illegal lane change.

And yes the attorney admitted that it was less than the 100 … but I will never see how this is why the lady crashed to another vehicle. She hit the car because she didn’t want to hit the golf truck in front of her that she was going I think 49 and he was going 28.
