I thought they were fair. Other teams fans have to listen to lynn. Who some of our own fans dislike.

It’s the home team broadcast dummy. Just like we get Lyn and Ben for ours. Seems like ESPN directs announcers to be homers because it’s college baseball. Theres supposed to be some homerism in the broadcast or else it would be pretty boring. Can’t do it like an MLB regular season game.

They were fine. Pretty complimentary of both sides when a good play was made. This board hates almost every commentator though so no surprise.

The UT guys are not the best, but it gets waaay worse. I was watching some of La Tech at Sam Houston State yesterday and I’m not sure they didn’t grab a 20 year old from the stands to call the game.

We are very fortunate to get to watch the games. It wasn’t too long ago that radio was the only live access.
You aren’t going to get Vin Schully, Dizzy Dean or Pee Wee Reese on local college games. LSU is very fortunate to get Rollins and Rantz. Few other schools have tv crews this good.
