The third strike was a bit low, but still should have swung at that.
Strike two was high and should have been called a ball. That wasn’t a very good at bat for the ump against Toups.

They are current #4 in the country for RQS but we are still too banged up right now. Hopefully we can get healthy within the next couple weeks. I will still take a 197 road score despite it not being our best meet.

Toups fouled off strike one as if he had a full count, almost went to a knee to fend it off. Then watches strike 3 right down the middle.

We will blow EKU out tomorrow and Sunday and scratch our heads about what happened today. The answer is coaching. It’s painfully aware we have no situational awareness. As talented as our last guys are you can’t always overcome that.
