Dylan Crews having his best month, good article on this

Thought some would be interested in this article (linked below)
He’s having his best month by far. Crazy he had 4 walks in his first two months and has 14 this month. Average this month is not earth shattering at .235 but with all the walks, his on base % is like .390
In his last 10 games, he has:
11 hits (3 HRs, 3 doubles)
8 walks
Let’s hope he’s starting to figure it out.

He is just too talented not to figure it out. He is always going to have that HR potential.

You see his BA and think he’s struggling (which maybe he should be doing a little better but has improved lately) and then you see everyone in the league is batting poorly. Theres like 6 guys above .300 in the MLB rn.

That's worse than 1968 when you account for pitchers no longer batting.

I can’t recall a time where we’ve had this many players all in the majors at the same time. Actually gives me a reason to check box scores every day.

Kade and Eyanson recently pitching in the futures game. Likely will get their shot within the next year.
Bregs with a great career
Tre Morgan killing it for Durham since his return from injury. I’m really curious to see how he ends up. I know the Rays seem to be set at first, but I have to believe other teams would have interest if the Rays don’t bring him up.
Hopefully Nola and Gausman can get back to form. I know Gausman isn’t having a great year but have seen his name mentioned several times as a potential trade target for a contender.
Josh Smith and Jake Fraley still sticking around.
I’m sure I’m missing someone, but just exciting to see this many former players having success.

It seems like a high batting average is not as important anymore to major league teams. It’s not a priority anymore.
