If the police have been given physical evidence, they will still press charges. Women often change what they say to keep someone from going to jail. If she made this story up, she should be the one doing a little time

Several possibilities.
1. Strongly encouraged to drop the charges, possibly with incentives.
2. Possibly reconsidered the career ending consequences for Davis since the word is that she is an LSU athlete as well, so she would understand the finality of ending his career.

I didn't read the whole story, but were these actually officially documented? I mean the whole broken rib thing.
Also, as we saw with the Jalen Mills situation it could just be a whole different party that did the damage. Again, I realize not likely. Just never know what to believe. Will let it play out.

He actually seems pretty interesting. His LSU Bio said he's fluent in German and could have gone to college on basketball or soccer scholarships as well (he was rated one of the top junior soccer players in the country).

Even then good luck if the main person denies everything. LSU lawyers would lay the smack down on Moore. Plus he wants to keep his conviction rate and his popularity so no way he has his office pursue it
