Tigers introduce belt to arse this weekend. Thinking something like 28-10 and it not even really looking that close.

Offensive Line is offensive and our offensive coordinator is mid, at best.

The line opened at Ole Miss -2.5

It was originally LSU -2.5 on Fanduel through weeks 1-3

Nuss continues to refuse to run for first downs when needed. That’s why ole miss is favored.

He's definitely been more open to running this year. He's done it a few times but only when it's wide open. I'm sure the torso injury has made him more reluctant to run also. Look for him to test it a little more going forward.

we have to be able to muster 150 yards rushing to keep them unbalanced. If we are forced to go one-dimensional on offense, we will lose.

Man, 150 is a pretty tall task from what we've shown to this point. Look we beat them with 86 yards rushing last year and our defense is MUCH better this year. Let's say 100.

They’re the home team and LSU offense has been inconsistent…. Not that hard to understand.

Yeah, but we have the elite defense, they do not

Because Clemson and Florida have a 1 - 3 record right now. So, people don't believe we have played anyone good AND it is a HOME game for Ole Miss.

Despite the offensive woes it’s been pretty clear that we have been holding back our play calling to this point for various reasons. I think Ole Miss is going to be a situation where if we want to win we have to open it up and take some risks. There is a good chance the offense shocks some people.

LSU has played multiple defenses in the top 25 in total defense. Ole Miss has played 0 teams in the top 70 in total defense. LSU will win

I agree based on watching LSU play every game this season. However, have you even watched 1 Ole Miss game this year? That's where the bias creeps in. Ole Miss had more players "sign up" from the portal than LSU. They are legit from that standpoint. They are also playing at home and have won all their games (although Arky game was a gift). Would love to see the Tigers put it all together and play a complete game in all areas. They do that and we should win. Geaux Tigers!

You do realize that just because someone was in the portal it doesn’t mean they were good?

101st Florida
113th Clemson

It's an uncomfortable reality to accept, but we may not know how good our defense actually is until this week

Home field is good for a 3 point shift. Neutral site, we'd likely be 1.5 point favorites. They're basically calling it a coin flip.

Exactly what I was coming to post. This is actually Vegas showing they think the Tigers are the better team, but the home field advantage just barely puts the rebels over the top.

The espn discussion today suggested that the Ole Miss offense would be a tough test for the Tigers, so I’m hoping our offense is hitting on all cylinders…

A big part of the reason Florida and Clemson are as low as they are is because we stuffed them.
