Does it make sense to say there was not a meeting today ?

Since nothing has been posted about it whatsoever, I’m thinking that it must’ve been a non-issue?

no it does not make sense

They had a meeting and probably decided who would make the sign-up sheet for the Thanksgiving Potluck.

Meeting is still going on.

Makes me wonder that since nothing has leaked, a bunch of presidents told Sanky and the TN grandma to pipe down and let it go

They have a standing meeting on Thursday’s
There is no announcement because they don’t ever announce their meetings

How does a news guy know they are now talking about LSU? Or is this just speculation?

The SEC is damned if they do in this instance, damned if they don't.
My belief is, the SEC did NOT want that court hearing yesterday. It would have not have been ruled in their favor IMHO, and would have neutered them completely because now everything would have deferred officially to the Louisiana TRO.
So if they try and fine/sanction/suspend anyone...the case gets heard and they're in deep crap.
If they don't punish, they're proving they were wrong all along to go to the lengths of collusion to target LSU, the AG, the Board of Supervisors, etc.
I'm really curious what they do in this gambit, I believe they are in check and checkmate is inevitable, but they might have a couple more moves before it's all over.

It’s not a news guy it’s a random person on twitter

History shows that the sev press releases are normally 4 to 6 pm

Ross is probably sitting in his cuck chair in the corner ready to tweet.

There are 3 potential outcomes from here.
1. They continue to pursue this to which case this whole thing blows up.
2. Sankey refuses to do the bidding of Bama, Ole Miss, Tenn, and Georgia and they vote to remove him in which case they re-open the lawsuit and this whole thing blows up.
3. Sankey, Rouse, and others are able to convince the other members to stand down and the situation dies there.
Options 1 and 2 are far more likely than option number 3.

I wouldn’t say them doing nothing would make them look weak/wrong. They made their guidelines, albeit retroactively, and Kiffin/LSU have followed those guidelines. I still think they are a bunch of butthurt fools.

Is that the truth? If these top official types are working more than 4 hours in a day you know they are up to something.

This issue isn't going away for a long time if ever.
Too much damage has been done and if the rest of Louisiana is like me i never forget . I never forget 9/11. I never forget family deaths, loss of animals, important days in my life.
This is added to that list. I am betting most of you are like me.
