And more importantly you have absolutely no idea about the meeting and whether or not it’s still going. None. No idea

First hand no, from other talking heads? Yes. They said they believe it was still going on and SEC just released a statement.

That actually is my opinion and no I don't know that with 100% certainty. However, several have said a similar sentiment with knowledge of the situation. But yes you are right that is my opinion.
