Pay your house/lans off you don’t own it. Stop paying yearly property taxes and they take your home/ land that “you own”.
Pay your car, boat, etc off you don’t own it. Stop paying your tags and you can drive it.

I mean, you do not truly own your house or your cars or any property unless you keep paying the annual property taxes on them, which is a govt scam to pay 25% of the govt work force that we don't need.
Always frustrates me to go into pay property taxes and see the clerks office and sheriff's office employees all gathered around their computers on facebook and watching tiktok videos.

Also, the more stuff you own, the more it owns you.
It all takes pieces of your time, attention and funds. Think carefully about the overhead you will commit to in total for the things you think you want to own.
