LSU won’t have near the defense or overall talent of those two.

Gotcha, you’re delusional.

That 2019 OL won the Joe Moore award for best offensive line by the way.

Grant Delpit also won the Thorpe

Out OL is precisely the reason our offensive production won't fall off a cliff next season.

Define "fall off a cliff"

That's a really terrible take on your part. You should know better than that.

What? That QBs and playmakers (WR/TE) are what win titles and are much more valuable than OL?

Do we even have a starting QB next year?

That didn't seem to matter to Alabama and Georgia in 2023.

Bama seems to be an anomaly, but UGA had Bowers, brother.

Here are the teams with the top rushers in the SEC:

1. Missouri
2. LSU
3. Kentucky
4. Ole Miss
5. Tennessee
6. Auburn

He better get one of the dual threat QB's in the portal or we could be in trouble on offense next year.

Our offense starts over next year. It look a lot more like 2020-2022 than anything we saw this year. All new WRs with very little experience except maybe Lacy (who isn’t a WR1 guy. Sorry.

Running game is unknown. Diggs coming back with the freshmen might actually mean a better running game if the OL allows it. Not having a mobile QB will make our offense appear less efficient especially on 3rd downs.

Defense was just awful and I don’t see how it can make big leaps. Just don’t expect to be in Atlanta.

Some here are forgetting the predictions before Jayden's first season that we ended up exceeding by quite a bit.

Four years ago we had arguably the greatest offense in college football history. To go that again in such a short period is crazy, especially when you think about the program ten years ago.

That’s not to say we should expect that as a norm, but I think we’ve proven it’s possible.

2019 and 2023 returned starting quarterbacks, wide receivers, and running backs (although Diggs was new).

Nobody thought LSU's defense would be this historically bad.

So nobody knows what will happen next season.

I am interested to see what our run game does once we don’t have Daniels to lean on.

We’ve been sorta boring when it comes to actual running plays.

good OL is better than a bad OL, but you don't win titles with OL. You need a really good QB and playmakers
while at the same time, an elite Oline will make a QB and RB better.

I think the offense will be above average next year. Maybe top 30ish

A GOOD defense should get back to 10 wins and set up nicely for 2025

So because Les leaned too heavily on the run game, this coaching staff must do the same? Maybe, just maybe when you know how to pass, being able to run is a good thing and slows the pass rush and helps out a new starting QB.

They are still going to sling it with Nussmeier and there will be a mix of experienced and young talent at WR. They'll be fine.

This staff has proven nothing in that regard. Our players can’t even tackle.

Well we evidently "tackled" better than Georgia did against Auburn (LSU 48 Aub 18 Georgia 24 Aub 20) and better than Alabama (LSU 41 MISS ST 14 Alabama 40 MissSt 17) did against Miss St.

Any explanation for those facts?

Didnt BK say we were one year away this year? He knew who the QB would be in 2024 and said we would be able to compete for a championship

Oh good grief are you SERIOUSLY trying to imply that Kelly thinks he has a better chance at winning a natty with Nuss and thought he couldn’t win it with the GREATEST season of all time by JD5?

You’re not not the Nuss-Bus, clown- sounds more like the short-bus.

Yep, and he's even got experience in our system already.
