Not suppose to be any commercial advertising or promoting, solicitation etc just kind of hard to enforce. We have people walking thru our tailgate area trying to sell stuff every game.

Never been to Vegas; would probably take one as a souvenir but I’d hope they wouldn’t give them to kids.

do people really think kids get handed something like that, read it all, understand it, and then quickly develop some existential life questions that need therapy to help them deal with it?
