Joe Sloan should be walked off the plank for the way he used him this yr. Wasted an entire yr of green. Been Saying this all yr. You can tell the kid is different.

I've enjoyed the whole bowl season and the playoffs.

Was there... live 4 hours away so will always attend the Texas bowl when we make it.
Game itself was enjoyable as it gets... always comfortable without it being a blow out, baylor fans were nice as opposing fans get, the night before concert at the rustic was a great time...my only Texas bowl gripe is that NRG is in the middle of nowhere... great venue other than that and a great time.. GEAUX TIGERS

Didnt watch a snap
Your loss IF you are an actual LSU fan. Nuss looked tremendous even after losing 3 of his top 4 receiving targets. The O-line held up remarkably well after losing our Tackles. Hilton broke out and looked prime for a great year next year.
Had to work homie..

Wasn't able to watch it. Ended up in the ER all day for a torn meniscus. Only got to hear a little bit of the end on the radio on the ride home. Hoping to catch a replay of it soon so I can watch it.

I enjoyed attending the bowl game yesterday. Quite entertaining actually. Been to several non-playoff bowl games & it was near the top of that group.

I enjoyed it more than most games because I never felt like we might lose. We built an early lead and I really felt we could drive down the field and score any time we needed to.

Bowl games are fun to watch for us when now it's turned into the next gen to a large degree now and understand its really an exhibition/spring type game for us. As long as you understand that, and dont get upset in certain situations when we start Jontre Kirklin at QB because we got nobody else, it's entertaining to see what new guys bring to the table.
No, it's not a playoff game, and I would MUCH rather watch us in that, but it's still entertaining in its own right, win or lose.

Yes
The youngsters got some experience, guys stepped up in key spots, and Baylor was solid opposition.

It was enjoyable. Kind of sloppy but entertaining.
I think the team being locked in for even the Rodeo Bowl and the game is a testament to good coaching. With the dominant W against OU and the bowl win, it makes me feel more confident that we have the right pieces in place.
Our issue has been talent. We haven’t had top 5 talent for a few years and I think we are getting there.
One thing that still surprises me is how poor Kaleb Jackson was this year. However, Durham is a great back. Hopefully the two freshmen live up to the hype, if so, we won’t have to throw the ball 65% of the time again next year.

I enjoyed it but the end of the game started to get annoying with all the flags and reviews. It reminded me a lot of the UCF Fiesta Bowl actually. Hopefully this is a good omen!

I wasn’t the least bit excited leading up to the game, but once I started watching, I was pleasantly surprised. A fitting end to the season where we got to see some future talent. Very enjoyable, no stress game.

I am not invested in the bowl games like I used to be. They are pure fun now. If LSU wins great, if they lost ehh it’s ok.

We only get to see 12, 13, hopefully more games each season. I love LSU.
I would enjoy watching them play Air Bud if they could.

Special teams needs to be addressed. Yeah it was fun.
we need a new kicker. I'm sorry, but ours is not cutting it. On top of that, at least bring in someone that has potential to kick a game winning 55 yard field goal, even if he is a backup. It is going to cost us eventually if we don't.

The end of the game came too late for my tastes. There was never a point in the fourth quarter of the game I could feel safe in knowing LSU was going to win, and I could leave and get a head start on the postgame traffic leaving NRG. Not even when the Tigers led 44-24. That Baylor QB was still slinging passes down the field late-- even on their last drive I feared they would score and get an onside kick attempt.
Still I stayed til the final gun sounded-- mercifully the traffic leaving NRG doesn't compare with the chaos and confusion of leaving Tiger Stadium
